Thereafter there will be the following classes to choose from: Tallis 40-part Motet : Madrigals by Wilbye & Weelkes : Encores for choirs : Vocal Technique for choral singers : Sacred Music for Compline : Sight-Singing (a drop-in class). All singers are expected to sing in the main choir: Choral Singers are then invited to choose from the following 2 classes: Choral Singers will also be able to participate in their choice of the following classes:
PACING YOURSELFCHORAL SINGERS will work every 1st and 4th session in their 2 chosen choirs: i.e. for a total of 13 sessions. Their other activities, which are given c. 3 sessions, will principally take place in the 2nd and 3rd sessions every day.Try not to be too busy or you won’t have enough time for your own private practice sessions, or the ‘drop-in’ classes. You may also want time to visit other singers in their sessions. Then there is the need to relax and chill out! This Choral Singer's Week shows an example amounting to 21 out of 24 sessions, leaving 3 free sessions during AIMS.
