Terence Allbright

Terence Allbright's regular song recital partners include mezzo-soprano Ann Murray, baritone Stephen Roberts and soprano Jane Manning, as well as The Singers' Ensemble (Jacquelyn Fugelle, Susan Legg, Andrew Mackenzie-Wicks & Giles White) which specialises in repertoire for 4 solo voices & piano).

In programmes of words and music he works regularly with Jill Balcon, Prunella Scales and Timothy West, and with Felicity Lott, Gabriel Woolf and Emily Woolf. He has many chamber music partners, and is the pianist of the Reinecke Ensemble.

Among his compositions are about 50 scores for BBC Radio Drama. His recent output include songs, chamber music and choral works.

He has been Director of Music at Seaford College, and for 8 years was Artistic Director of the Petworth Festival. He now teaches piano and composition at Chichester University and Chichester College.
